All our staff have been trained extensively to ensure the service we provide is top class, which has ranged from training for handling dangerous goods to office staff spending a day working in the warehouse in order to realise the whole process involved in the business and to achieve their full potential.

At 80:20 we have a diverse workforce, ranging from 23 year old student to 70 year old warehouse workman to undergraduate students. We feel that as long as you have the desire and are able to understand the business we are in you can work within our team.

We believe in looking after our people and working hard on training and building our people up within the company, whether it is our buyers and Senior Buyers achieving CIPS award or our apprenticeship scheme training our commercial trainees with SVQ and employees enrolling in HNC/HND courses for accounts or completing a Business Management Degree.
